A series of one-to-one sessions uniquely designed to benefit each client through guidance and education on nutrition and wellness in order to help correct lifestyle habits that can give them the greatest impact on improving their health.
Guided Nutrition Program Benefits
Learning ways to make changes to your eating habits will improve your overall health. Improving eating habits will get results in the shortest amount of time. These changes will assist your Practitioner to accelerate your Nutrition Response Testing program. You will learn to maintain your results for a lifetime of optimal health.
Each session includes strategies and techniques, resources, goal setting and recipes to guide you on nutrition changes that are necessary for you to achieve the best results.

2. Breakfast with Protein

There is a lot of conflicting information on nutrition and wellness. Depending on where you find your resources, they may not align with root cause nutrition. Natural health care is based on science of the body. Even knowing a lot about nutrition, clients benefit from Guided Nutrition sessions from learning something new or as a reminder to help implement the information into their care program.
Sessions Available
The Guided Nutrition program has 13 sessions, the first 6 sessions come as a package and must be taken together before the others sessions. The other sessions are optional and encouraged to do as they build off the previous sessions. All 13 sessions will give you an overall benefit to improving your health.
